What we store

Server configuration, ticket transcripts and command usage counters. Direct messages to the bot are processed to answer the command and are not retained.

The dashboard

Signing in uses Discord OAuth. The bot never sees your password; it stores a 12-hour session in your browser, and nothing else about you.

Third parties

No analytics or advertising. Counters are served straight from the bot process.

Removing your data

Removing the bot from a server, or asking in the support server, clears that server's configuration.
